When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2026 so we can finalize our headcount with the venue. You can respond right here on the site.

How far is the drive from Naples, FL?

It's about a 7-hour drive (roughly 440 miles) up I-75 and over to the Georgia coast. A great road trip — or fly in to save time (see below).

What is the best airport to fly into?

Jacksonville International (JAX) is usually your best bet for flight options and is about 75 minutes away. Brunswick Golden Isles (BQK) is the closest at ~30 minutes but has fewer flights, and Savannah/Hilton Head (SAV) is about 90 minutes.

Do I need a rental car?

Yes, we recommend renting a car. We won't be providing a shuttle, the venues are a short drive apart, and rideshare on the island can be limited — having a car makes the weekend easy.

Is there an entry pass to get onto the island?

Yes — Jekyll Island charges a $10 per-vehicle daily fee at the entrance gate. Keep the pass on your dashboard for the weekend.

What will the weather be like?

Coastal Georgia in early October is lovely — daytime highs around 78°F (25°C) and evenings near 60°F (16°C). A light wrap for the evening is a good idea.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception are both indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting), so you may want a light layer for the evening air.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes — please enjoy cocktails on us! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and throughout the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We're having an unplugged ceremony — we kindly ask that phones and cameras be tucked away so everyone can be fully present (and so our photographer captures every moment). You're very welcome to snap away at cocktail hour and the reception!

What is the dress code?

Elevated cocktail with a romantic, coastal-formal feel. See our Dress Code page for inspiration and our color palette.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation and RSVP. If you're unsure, just ask us!

Are children invited?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we've planned an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. (A few children in our immediate family are part of the wedding party.) We hope this gives you a well-deserved night out!

What should I do in the area?

So much! From Driftwood Beach to biking the island and a Friday golf tee time, we've gathered our favorites on the Things To Do page — take a look.

Where should I stay?

See our Travel page for our recommended hotels, including our venue, the Jekyll Island Club Resort.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is truly the greatest gift! In lieu of traditional gifts, we've set up a Honeymoon Fund — you'll find the details on our Registry page.
